Team Leader – Gardening Full-Time Opportunity with 6 months probation Pay negotiable based on experience The Role You will work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to assist with their workload requirements, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard. You may also complete cleanups and extras as needed. Core Duties Precision hedging and pruning Detailed weeding and garden maintenance Lawn mowing and edging Garden clean-ups Maintaining high safety and presentation standards Essential Requirements Minimum 3 years’ professional garden maintenance experience Strong plant knowledge and pruning expertise Confident using commercial gardening equipment Ability to work independently and maintain productivity Current Driver’s Licence White Card Current Police Check Working With Children Check COVID-19 vaccination (essential) Positive attitude and strong work ethic Flu shot or willing to obtain ( provided by Shellcove) What We Offer Full-time position available after successful probation Supportive and professional team environment Ability to grow within the company Monthly RDO's Casual Gardener Award Rate (Casual Loading Applied) Pathway to Full-Time After a period The Role You will assist Team Leaders with daily maintenance tasks across multiple sites, contributing to efficient and high-quality garden outcomes.
