The service aims to facilitate early supported discharge from hospitals or avoidance of hospital admission for patients We are seeking dynamic and motivated Senior Occupational Therapists who share our organisational values to work in the community as part of a multidisciplinary RITH service. With significant demand on acute community care, we are looking for leaders who can effectively coordinate and implement occupational therapy interventions to patients using advanced occupational therapy clinical practice skills. This is a recruitment pool for permanent full-time, permanent part-time, fixed-term full-time and fixed-term part-time appointments, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur.
