The Opportunity: Reporting to the Area Procurement Manager, the Stores Assistant plays an important role in keeping our Cairns hotels organised, well supplied and operating efficiently behind the scenes. This is a hands-on, operational position that supports receiving, stock control and the accurate movement of goods across our properties. A multi-site support role, you will work across Crystalbrook Collection’s Cairns hotels - Crystalbrook Riley, Crystalbrook Bailey and Crystalbrook Flynn - assisting with daily stores operations and ensuring deliveries are received, checked and distributed correctly. Your days will be active and structured, involving unloading and checking deliveries, storing goods safely and hygienically, maintaining clean and organised storage areas, delivering stock to departments, and accurately recording information in our inventory system. You will work closely with various departments, taking pride in supporting smooth hotel operations through strong organisation and attention to detail. This opportunity is on a full-time, permanent basis. The Talent: You are reliable, practical and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and pride in doing things properly. You enjoy hands-on work, are comfortable in a physical, on-your-feet role, and understand the importance of accuracy when receiving and handling stock. You are organised, approachable and collaborative, able to follow established processes while supporting multiple teams across our properties.
