Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression of our organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone etiquette, strong guest service skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Computer skills will be required, we use Satin booking system, and training for this will be supplied on the job. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Provide information about our services, facilities, and amenities to guests - Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes - Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner, escalating as necessary - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Manage reservations and ensure accurate booking information - Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and requests - Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping Skills: - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong customer service and guest relations abilities - Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of hotel management systems is preferred - Professional appearance and demeanor Join our team as one of our Motel Receptionisst and be part of an organization that values exceptional customer service.
