We are seeking a high-calibre CPAP Therapist to help establish and grow our clinic presence in Canning Vale. This is not a passive device-fitting role. You will be trained through our internal WRS CPAP Academy at our Joondalup headquarters before operating independently in Canning Vale. We are happy to train the right person. Attitude, coachability, and standards matter more than credentials. Key Responsibilities • CPAP setup and optimisation for patients with obstructive sleep apnoea • Home sleep study setup and troubleshooting • Patient education and adherence monitoring • Independent operation of Canning Vale clinic sessions once trained What Success Looks Like (Within 6 Months) • Minimum 2 CPAP setups per session • Independent sleep study setup and troubleshooting • Conversion rates consistent with our main clinic • High patient satisfaction • CPAP retention rate exceeding 90% over two years • Confident independent clinic operation About You • Coachable and driven • Comfortable discussing health and treatment costs • Detail-oriented and data-driven • Able to work independently • Confident interacting with specialists and general practitioners • Technologically competent • Accountable to measurable standards Employment Details • Part-time role with pathway to full-time as clinic grows • Paid training in Joondalup • $30 per hour during training superannuation • Increased rate once operating independently • 3-month probation period • Must be an Australian permanent resident
