Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Assisting clients on the phone and in person. Scheduling and managing appointments. Managing payments and Cash handling. HCIAPS, Medicare and DVA claims. Managing Patient Files and referrals. Liaising with the chiropractor. Liaising with offsite teams and administration team leaders.
