The role: • Supervise and interact with children aged 5–12 in enjoyable, safe, and purposeful ways • Support routines like drop-off, snack, homework and play • Help deliver creative and inclusive programming • Build strong relationships with families and school staff • Collaborate with your team to foster a calm and respectful atmosphere We’re looking for people who are: • Energetic, caring and genuinely enjoy working with children • Team players who are reliable, friendly and proactive • Confident communicators who can take initiative • Calm and patient—even when things get a little loud or messy!
