We are seeking a trade-qualified Maintenance Fitter for an ongoing position at their high-capacity production facility. The Role As a key member of the site maintenance team, you will ensure the operational integrity of heavy industrial plant and specialized manufacturing machinery. Your responsibilities will include: Routine Maintenance: Executing scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) programs on hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Rapid Response: Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical breakdowns to ensure production targets are met. System Optimization: Working on large-scale rotating equipment, conveyors, and custom fabrication machinery. Safety Compliance: Maintaining rigorous safety standards in a heavy industrial environment. Schedule & Benefits Hours: Standard 38-hour week, Monday – Friday. Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and a proactive work ethic. Important: Candidates must have Full Australian Working Rights .
