About the Role As a Client Services / Administration Officer, you will be a key part of our business operations team. You’ll work closely with accountants, partners, and clients to ensure our office runs efficiently and our clients receive outstanding service. Your day will include a mix of client communication, compliance administration, and general office support. This role is well-suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a team-focused setting. Key Responsibilities Managing client communications via phone, email, and reception Preparing and lodging ATO, ASIC, and other compliance documents Maintaining client records in our practice management system Supporting the accounting team with administrative tasks as required General office administration including mail, scanning, and filing About You You’ll succeed in this role if you are friendly, organised, and take initiative. We’re looking for someone who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
