About the Role As an Administration and Logistics Scheduling Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Production and Logistics teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This hands-on position offers exposure to multiple areas of the business and the opportunity to develop valuable administrative and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to Operations and Production Managers Track production progress and update system records Assist with dispatch administration and data entry Scan and record factory and dispatch work times Schedule either local or interstate delivery runs Perform general administrative duties as required What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who is organised, reliable, and eager to learn.
