We are seeking an experienced and trade-qualified Site Manager to oversee the delivery of medium-density townhouse projects. This role will see you take full ownership of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include: Managing all structural, services and finishing stages of construction Coordinating and supervising secondary subcontractors Preparing and maintaining weekly work programmes Providing strong leadership and direction to site teams Chairing and contributing to weekly site management meetings Maintaining a safe work environment, including running toolbox talks and ensuring full compliance with OH&S processes Your Background Trade qualified (Carpentry preferred) Proven experience delivering medium-density townhouse projects Strong background in subcontractor management and site supervision Sound understanding of construction sequencing and safety systems Demonstrated ability to drive programme outcomes and maintain project momentum Reliable, proactive and solutions-focused Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with trades and subcontractors The Company & Culture Established and growing residential builder Diverse portfolio of townhouse and residential projects Experienced and hands-on senior leadership team Strong financial backing and secure pipeline of work Supportive, tight-knit team of Site Managers with solid internal support structures If you are looking to join a builder with a strong culture and long-term growth plans, we would love to hear from you.
