About the role We are seeking a teacher who: Builds positive, trusting relationships with young children as they transition into school. Understands how students learn, and identifies individual needs and learning styles. Can design and deliver differentiated, engaging and inquiry‑aligned learning programs. Applies strong curriculum knowledge alongside innovative, evidence‑informed teaching methods. Works collaboratively with colleagues to plan, reflect and create high-quality learning experiences. Brings warmth, joy and creativity to their classroom, fostering an environment where every child feels seen, heard, known and loved. Essential Criteria A personal commitment to King's Vision, Mission and Values that underpin the delivery of a Christian-based education to students in the School community is essential to this role. Teachers at King's must also meet the following requirements: • A qualified Teacher with a Diploma of Teaching, Bachelor of Education or higher. • Registration (or eligibility) with the Teachers Registration Board of South Australia. • Current RRHAN-EC and Working with Children Check (WWCC). • A passion for early childhood education and a heart for nurturing young learners.
