The Role As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a crucial role in delivering a seamless and positive experience. While your primary location of work will be at Valley View, you may also be required to provide additional coverage at our other clinic based in Campbelltown . Your responsibilities will include: Greeting clients and managing front desk operations. Scheduling appointments and managing bookings. Handling phone and email enquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records. Supporting our team of physiotherapists and allied health professionals with administrative tasks. What We’re Looking For: Experience in an administrative or receptionist role ideal. Experience in an allied healthcare or medical setting is highly regarded but not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
