About the Role We are recruiting an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to join a nurse-led primary health team within a youth custodial setting in Malmsbury. This leadership role combines clinical care, staff supervision, and operational coordination to ensure safe, high-quality healthcare delivery to young people in custody. You will work within a multidisciplinary team providing holistic care including assessments, triage, care planning, and health education.
