The opportunity This is a paid, work-based traineeship where you will earn while you learn. As a Trainee Educator, you will work alongside experienced educators while studying your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. No prior experience is required — just enthusiasm, warmth and a willingness to grow. From your very first day, you will: Be mentored by experienced educators who genuinely want to see you succeed Help create beautiful, inspiring learning spaces for children Support children’s development through play, creativity and exploration Build strong, positive relationships with children, families and your team Gradually take on more responsibility as your confidence grows Receive paid study time and structured coaching support This is the perfect first step into a rewarding and respected profession. About you You are someone who: Has a strong desire to work with children, making a positive impact on their lives Is warm, friendly and confident when connecting with others Is ready to take on responsibility and grow professionally Enjoys being part of a close-knit, supportive team Is dependable, positive and eager to learn You will complete your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care through a workplace-based traineeship and will either hold (or be willing to obtain): A NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC) First Aid certification Child Safety and Protection training Why Start Your Career at Explorers?
