About the role Evolve Early Education is seeking a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in Andergrove, Queensland. What you'll be doing Creating and implementing engaging educational programs that support children's physical, cognitive, social and emotional development Ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children Building positive relationships with children, families and the wider community Observing and documenting children's progress and development Adhering to all relevant legislation, regulations and policies Collaborating with the team to continuously improve the quality of care and education What we're looking for A relevant early childhood Teaching qualification (e.g. Bachelor of Education) Experience working in a childcare or early learning setting Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing high-quality care and education Ability to work effectively in a team environment Current First Aid and CPR certification Working with Children Check or equivalent What we offer At Evolve Early Education, we are committed to supporting our employees' professional and personal growth.
