At The Gordon , our Customer Liaison Officer is the friendly face and supportive voice welcoming our internal and external customers. You’ll help students, staff and visitors navigate their journey with us whether in person, email, web chat or over the phone, you’ll demonstrate exceptional communication, problem solving and customer service skills. This role is required to work across all campuses Geelong City, East Geelong and Werribee. Some key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to: Acting as the first point of contact across all customer channels including front counter, call centre, in person enquiries, email and web chat (Genesys) and redirecting enquiries and connecting customers with the right team. Supporting students throughout their journey by assisting with fees and payments (including setting up payment plans), providing application and enrolment help and issuing student ID cards.
