This isn't just a "wrenching" job, You will be the technical heartbeat of our shop. you will oversee a team of techs and apprentices, ensuring the highest quality of repair work and tackle the complex diagnostics that come into our shop. Key Responsibilities Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults on light vehicles (Petrol & Diesel) Min 5 year's post apprenticeship, with real hands-on experience in diagnostics and repairs Carry out servicing and general repairs. Effective leadership, communication and organisational skills Support and lead our workshop team and help maintain a high standard of work Strong diagnostic ability with modern vehicle systems. Current drivers licence What You Bring to the Table Experience: A highly skilled mechanic with strong diagnostic and repair abilities Certifications: Cert III Light vehicle Mechanic Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with modern diagnostic software and shop management systems Leadership: A positive attitude and the ability to lead by example under pressure.
