Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Used Car Sales Specialist located in Wendouree, VIC. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs, providing detailed information about the cars available, and handling the complete sales process from initial inquiry to the final purchase. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, building lasting customer relationships, and contributing to a positive sales environment. You will also focus on achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their buying journey. Qualifications Proven skills in Sales Consulting and Automotive Sales Strong abilities in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently Experience in the automotive industry is a plus Goal-oriented and driven to meet sales targets Valid driver’s license is required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $53,708.19 – $96,799.88 per year Licence/Certification: Australian Drivers Licence (Required) Work Location: In person
