Join Komatsu Training Academy as a Training Assistant and help power a world-class training environment. What you'll do: Set up and coordinate tools and training aids for every class. Keep our Welshpool training facility clean, safe, and ready to go. Support trainers during practical sessions and machine repairs. Organise tool storage, manage inventory, and source quotes. Handle logistics for simulators and road cases. What we're looking for: A great attitude - this is highly important. A self-starter who works confidently and independently. Forklift licence (essential). Strong technical and mechanical aptitude ( a plus). Clear communicator with basic Microsoft Office skills.
