About the Opportunity The Project Coordinator plays a key role within the Brand, Marketing and Growth team, partnering closely with Schools and Service Centres to deliver high quality, targeted marketing and communication initiatives. Reporting to the Manager, Brand and Marketing, this role is responsible for ensuring ECU’s marketing and communications align with its brand identity, by partnering with the allocated Schools/Service Centres. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the production and delivery of marketing materials for clients and Brand, Marketing and Growth Liaise with advertising agencies and internal creative services teams to develop and refresh marketing materials in the ECU brand. Maintain neat filing systems, saving all final artwork accurately in SharePoint Undertake other marketing support, as required. About you You’re a collaborative, solutions-focused marketer who enjoys working across a broad portfolio and building strong stakeholder relationships. You’ll bring: Demonstrated experience planning, managing and delivering marketing or advertising campaigns in a large or complex environment. A proactive, forward-thinking approach, someone who can work independently, anticipate needs and contribute strategically rather than operating in a purely reactive way. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities calmly and effectively. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain productive partnerships.
