I have additional daily support from a dedicated team who help me live a meaningful life, supporting me in all activities of daily living and community participation. About You You are someone who is: Patient, dependable, and genuinely committed to learning my support needs Curious, calm, resilient, and able to adapt to day-to-day changes Passionate about person-centred support and helping people thrive Experience or knowledge in any of the following is highly valued: Auslan or PODD communication Complex behaviour support Enteral feeding and support for severe dysphagia Cerebral palsy About Me I have complex care needs. I communicate using Auslan and a PODD device, and I receive all nutrition and hydration through an enteral feeding system. A calm, respectful home environment is important to me—especially when I’m feeling tired or overwhelmed. I enjoy: Connecting with my culture Dancing and music Animals Games on my iPad Travel to Bali Spending time with people I care about Role Requirements Current driver’s licence and confidence driving my small van Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one. Current Apply First Aid completed within 3 years, or willingness to obtain one. Current Working With Children Clearance, or willingness to obtain one.
