You will: Lead and deliver complex projects from concept through to construction Provide high-level technical oversight and governance across civil design outputs Act as a key point of contact for clients, authorities, and stakeholders Manage and mentor engineers and designers, supporting capability development Review and sign off designs in line with RPEQ requirements Drive project performance across quality, programme, and commercial outcomes Contribute to business development, client relationships, and repeat work Support the growth and direction of the Brisbane office as a senior leader This is not just another Principal role, it’s your chance to shape strategy, lead projects, mentor teams, and be part of the future leadership of a thriving consultancy.
