About the Role This is a dynamic role where you'll work closely with a small team of integration and solutions members to configure systems, support onboarding, handle API integrations, testing & troubleshoot technical issues. You'll combine your technical skills, product intuition, and problem-solving mindset to make a real impact. This fast-paced role requires flexibility, technical aptitude, and strong communication skills. What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for partner queries and troubleshoot issues with long-term solutions Conduct partner briefings, rollout new processes, and provide ongoing technical support Assist with testing, UAT, and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs Configure, manage, and support payment integrations to ensure smooth onboarding for partners Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners Provide insights and feedback to influence product development Occasionally present or hop on calls to demo solutions or resolve issues What We're Looking For Must be PR with exceptional communication skills 18 months - 2 years in technical support MUST HAVE 6 months in product or application support Experience with APIs (even concepts from education) - Essential Strong technical and logical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills Comfortable presenting or joining client calls Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities Collaborative, friendly, and confident in building relationships Advantageous Skills UAT or testing of new product features (advantageous) Supporting Apps or Products running on REACT or Javascript (advantage) Developer collaboration is a plus (advantage) Experience in payments, FinTech, or related industries is advantageous (advantage) Why Join?
