We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager for a face-to-face road-based sales position. With high level of autonomy this role offers uncapped commission and a company vehicle or vehicle allowance. Working closely with business owners, the successful candidate will influence sales strategy and primarily target the mining and civil sectors across Australia. This growth-focused business has a well-established industry reputation with unmatched turnaround times and service levels. Supported by a professional internal team, this role will primarily focus on new business while maintaining key account relationships. This is a predominantly road-based role, with BDMs encouraged to spend at least three days per week in the field, meeting clients face-to-face and proactively hunting new opportunities.
