Full Job Description Our client is a thriving Junior Rugby League Club in Lake Macquarie that caters for boys and girls, aged 5-16 of all skill levels. They are committed to providing their players with a fun, safe and inclusive environment. The club has grown to become a strong member in the Toronto and the Lake Macquarie community. They are looking for 2 customer service - events people, to work home games on Saturdays, 4 hours. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Ticket Sales: Selling tickets for event. Customer Service: Answering customer inquiries. Payment Processing: Accepting various payment methods and issuing tickets, receipts, and change. Information Provision: Providing information about venue, club, and other relevant details. Problem Solving: Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues related to tickets and reservations.
