Your day-to-day in the role will see you undertake the following duties: Diary and database management and meeting coordination Preparing client bills General file management including scanning and saving all documents and maintaining the client database and client portal Preparing, drafting & editing documentation & correspondence Client liaison via email and telephone The Candidate: The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a legal administration position within a Law Firm, an interest IP would be highly desirable. To add, the ideal candidate will have first-class communication skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues. Billing and file management experience is essential. This role is a full-time permanent position, and it would require full-time working hours.
