MJD Recruitment are thrilled to be working with this prestigious and rapidly expanding advisory group in their search for a high-calibre Executive Assistant to support the Founder across a growing portfolio of businesses. This is an EA role at its core, but elevated. You will provide dedicated 1:1 Executive Assistant support to a Founder leading multiple growth businesses across advisory, multi-site retail and commercial property. This position is very much intended to be a long-term partnership opportunity, designed to grow alongside the Founder and expanding portfolio. The Role As Executive Assistant to the Founder, you will operate as a true right hand, ensuring priorities are aligned and execution remains seamless. While the role will offer a lot of variety each day, some of your key duties will include: Complex diary, inbox and priority management Preparing executive reporting, board papers and key documentation Supporting strategic initiatives and expansion projects Coordinating communication across senior stakeholders Tracking performance metrics and follow-ups across entities Assisting with commercial decision-making processes Overseeing property-related documentation and compliance Driving accountability and ensuring momentum across projects This is a position that goes beyond coordination. It requires foresight, judgement and the ability to anticipate what’s needed before it’s asked - you will always be one step ahead!
