This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference through the delivery of Council’s Community Grants and Awards Programs, and by supporting advocacy initiatives that help prevent gender-based violence. You will use your strong administrative expertise and collaborative approach to work alongside passionate community members, organisations, colleagues and partners, turning ideas into impactful outcomes that support a creative and connected community. About you The Community Development & Youth team are seeking a passionate and community minded professional with an eagerness to build community capacity and increase community engagement. The successful applicant will bring experience in the delivery and development of grant programs, along with a strong ability to build and maintain effective community partnerships and stakeholder relationships. The role requires proven project management and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, contributing to shared outcomes in a dynamic and values-driven workplace.
