About the Company Vici Software is a start-up tech company funded by OCRT developing a suite of AI-enabled software products, currently broadly targeting the consulting and government space, and looking to expand into more industries. We are currently a small team of four, and are in the process of hiring for three more roles. About the Role As a Graduate Software Engineer, you would be involved in the full-stack development of at least one of these products. Your responsibilities would be broad, and you would be able to be involved in multiple parts of the commercial software development pipeline. These responsibilities may include: Participation in all stages of an agile development cycle, including software development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Involvement in software design discussions, strategic planning, and competitor analysis; informing future development plans. Experience and Qualifications Australian citizenship and willingness to complete a background check. A tertiary qualification relevant to the Software Engineering field. Strong problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn and grow in a role, and a willingness to work on a variable range of tasks within a small team. Some experience; in university, personal projects, or work; with at least two of the following: Full-Stack Software Development, SQL Databases, Artificial Intelligence. Experience in technologies used in our specific tech stack are not expected, but are great to highlight if you have them.
