With a landmark $200–$300M mixed-use precinct underway — and a strong pipeline beyond — this leading organisation is seeking a proven operator to take full lifecycle ownership and lead from the front. You will: • Own the project end-to-end • Lead on-site — visible, hands-on, accountable • Control programme, budget & risk • Report at board level • Work directly with executive leadership You bring: ✔ Large-scale commercial development experience ✔ Shopping centre / major retail exposure ✔ Full lifecycle capability (not just construction or fit-out) ✔ Strong site leadership ✔ Executive-level reporting confidence High trust, no micromanagement and real commercial authority with this exciting position. $200k–$250k super (more for the right candidate) Relocation support available | FIFO considered.
