You will play a key role in guiding people on their journey towards wellness and vitality. You will: Conduct comprehensive client assessments to evaluate a person’s overall health, limitations and goals Apply evidence-based judgements to improve customers health status and prevent decline Lead one-on-one and group exercise sessions, providing guidance and motivation Develop personalised exercise programs to increase physical fitness, strength, endurance and flexibility and monitor progress Educate customers about their injuries and health conditions and provide information about how to stay healthy Empower customers with the knowledge and tools necessary to achieve and maintain their goals aligned with healthy ageing and improve quality of life Foster respectful relationships with customers to fully understand their needs while applying a person-centred approach Work collaboratively with other team members, community organisations, and allied health providers to ensure the best outcome for customers Other things you might like to know Fixed term for 6 months, with the potential to progress to a permanent position Part-time, 45hrs per fortnight (availability required Weds-Fri) with potential to progress to full-time Based in the Vitality Movement Centre with state-of-the-art equipment, located centrally on the Sunshine Coast This role is suitable for new and experienced EPs We would love to meet you if you have ….
