Our client, a family owned and operated beef processing company are offering a great opportunity for someone to expand on the skills working in a faced paced boning room that supplies both the local and overseas markets. The successful applicant will need to be capable of completing the below tasks. Temperature monitoring Monitoring processes in the boning room, chillers and freezers and ensure compliance to export meat standards Some cleaning duties. General hygiene monitoring. Meat hygiene assessments. As well as having the skills to complete the above all applicants will need to meet the following criteria.
