Duties include: Confident dealing with parents and handling their requests Encourage a party atmosphere Great attention to detail Weekend availability (majority of our parties are on Saturday & Sunday. Greet customers with a big smile and a good attitude. Organize the customers without getting flustered and keeping to the timetable. Organize the various aspects of the parties – the food, the certificates, the games, the Bear suit and its wearer, and the adults. Complete required documentation and check lists throughout the party process. Quickly clear and clean each party room ready for the next party.
