Job Title: Assembly Worker Location: CWL Manufacturing Co, Jindera, NSW Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Assembly Worker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling products according to specifications, ensuring quality and efficiency in production. Your workday could include: Assembly of steel, aluminium and plastic components. Use of power tools and hand tools for wooden, plastic and metal parts. Attention to detail for creating high quality products. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Completing a range of additional tasks to support the team including replenishment. Suitable candidates for these roles will have: Recent work experience in an industrial setting (production, manufacturing or trade roles. Ability to start immediately. Ability to undertake a day shift. Level of physical fitness and strength required. Excellent attendance, reliability and attention to detail. Have the ability to learn quickly and take instructions well. Forklift License would be an advantage. Be able to work within a small team and unsupervised when required.
