This role requires confidence, resilience, and strong clinical awareness. This is ideal for a support worker who: Has experience in high-complexity disability care Is confident managing seizures and chronic health conditions Remains calm and professional in challenging situations Is passionate about empowering clients to live with dignity and independence Client Overview (High-Complexity Support) The clients present with complex neurological, behavioural, and physical support needs, including: Scoliosis ADHD Schizophrenia Seizures and Epilepsy Intellectual Disability Additional chronic medical and mental health conditions Strong experience in complex care, behavioural support, and seizure management is essential.
