Wulguru Group is seeking an experienced Paint & Blast Supervisor to lead our surface preparation and protective coatings operations within our rail operations. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who understands production targets, quality control and safety compliance. About the Role Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for: Supervising daily blast and paint activities Coordinating workflow to meet project deadlines Ensuring compliance with coating specifications and QA requirements Monitoring surface preparation standards (abrasive blasting, profile checks, cleanliness standards) Maintaining equipment and consumables Liaising with Quality Assurance and Project Teams What We’re Looking For Demonstrated experience in abrasive blasting and industrial coatings Previous supervisory or leading hand experience Strong understanding of coating specifications and inspection standards Ability to read and interpret paint systems High attention to detail and strong organisational skills · Experience in rail or heavy engineering will be a strong advantage. · NACE certification is a plus, though not required.
