About the Role We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded People & Culture Business Partner to join our team in the Northern Rivers region. This is a true generalist role, partnering with leaders across the business to drive people strategy, performance, culture, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Partner with leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Provide advice on employee relations, performance management, and workplace investigations Support workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning Oversee policy development and ensure compliance with employment legislation Lead engagement, culture, and well-being initiatives Contribute to organisational change and transformation projects Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making About You: Proven experience in a generalist HR or P&C Business Partner role Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation Confident in managing employee relations matters Commercially aware with strong stakeholder management skills Excellent communication and influencing ability Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or related discipline (desirable) Why Join Us?
