About the Role We are seeking experienced and reliable Gardeners and Cleaners to join our team on a casual basis, with potential for permanent employment after a successful probation period. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who take pride in their work, have strong attention to detail, and are motivated to deliver excellent service to clients. You may be assigned to gardening, cleaning, or a mix of both services depending on your experience and availability. Key Responsibilities Gardening Duties: • Lawn mowing, edging, and general maintenance • Hedging (formal and informal) & tree cutting • Rose and fruit tree pruning • Garden clean-ups and detailing • Attending new sites with management when required Cleaning Duties: • Residential and commercial cleaning • Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and detailed cleaning • End-of-lease and general cleaning tasks • Using company equipment and products safely • Maintaining high presentation standards at all sites What We're Looking For • Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, horticulture and/or cleaning • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Reliable vehicle (applicable only for cleaners) and valid driver's licence • Police clearance (or willingness to obtain) • Flexibility to accept jobs on short notice • Professional communication and presentation What We Offer! • Award rates with potential for full-time secure employment • Consistent work across residential and commercial sites • All equipment and uniforms provided • Company vehicle available for gardening jobs (during work hours) • Supportive team environment where your input is valued If you're hardworking, proactive, and ready to grow with a developing company — we'd love to hear from you.
