Role This is a FIFO position working across various client sites throughout Western Australia. Rosters may include: 2:1 8:6 Project-based / shutdown rosters As Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing crews across infrastructure and industrial electrical works, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient project delivery. Key responsibilities include: Supervising electricians and trades assistants on site Planning daily works and coordinating labour and materials Ensuring compliance with site safety systems and client requirements Conducting pre-starts, toolbox talks and safety leadership Reviewing and signing off testing & commissioning documentation Liaising directly with client representatives and project managers Managing QA documentation and reporting Mentoring and developing team members We are looking for a supervisor who leads from the front, maintains high safety standards, and understands the commercial pressures of project delivery.
