Permanent part time or full time (30.4 hours - 38 hours per week) HS5 About The Role This role provides specialist organisational development (OD) consultancy to leaders and managers across Grampians Health. You will diagnose organisational issues, design fit‑for‑purpose interventions, and influence decision‑making to strengthen organisational effectiveness. Working both independently and collaboratively, you will apply evidence‑based OD methodologies to support cultural transformation, learning strategy, organisational alignment and system‑wide improvement. You’ll work within a highly skilled OD team, exercising professional judgement, prioritising work based on organisational need, and escalating matters of significant risk or sensitivity when required.
