Located in Waurn Ponds, this masterplanned 55 living community will set a new standard amongst the competitive set. We currently have an opportunity for a proven Customer Service Professional to join the team and help bring this amazing community to life. The Homeowner Journey Coordinator is the primary point of contact for purchasers after they have signed their contracts and are preparing for settlement. In this role, you will guide residents through the final stages of their journey, ensuring they feel confident, informed and supported as they get ready to move into their new home and become part of the community. Your duties and responsibilities will include: Customer Service & Communication - Guide purchasers through the construction of their new home and the key steps involved in establishing life within the community. Settlement & Home Handover - Liaise with homeowners and agents regarding progress and timelines Home Maintenance Coordination - Work with builders to record and resolve home maintenance issues Community Onboarding - Coordinate New Home Introduction Meetings General Administration What Does Success Look Like?
