About the Role As a Disability Support Worker with Tribe Support, you will: Provide individualised, respectful, and engaging support Assist participants with daily living, community access, and skill development Support participants to achieve their personal goals and maintain independence Build positive, professional relationships with participants and families Work across a variety of settings including home, community, and day programs About You We’re hoping to find people who are: Experienced in the disability or support sector (preferred) Compassionate, patient, and genuinely caring Reliable, motivated, and professional Able to adapt to different support needs and personalities Committed to delivering a high standard of care and support A good match for our participants and aligned with Tribe Support values Essential Requirements Relevant experience in disability support or a similar field NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) Working With Children Check First Aid & CPR Police Check Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Right to work in Australia Why Join Tribe Support?
