As a Project Manager within our Technology & Digital Transformation division, you’ll drive the successful delivery of complex, high value technology projects that enable cleaner, smarter energy solutions for regional Western Australia. This is a highly visible role where your impact will directly shape how we integrate, control and optimise emerging energy technologies across our network. What You Will Do Lead the end to end delivery of multi year, complex OT/IT projects that support Horizon Power’s renewable and operational technology roadmap. Oversee governance, scheduling, change management, risk, and stakeholder coordination to ensure safe and efficient project execution. Drive procurement strategies, contract negotiations, and vendor management for a diverse portfolio of technology and engineering partners. Deliver advanced control system and asset orchestration projects across batteries, inverters, customer energy assets and future electrification initiatives. Provide clear reporting, manage budgets, remove delivery roadblocks, and ensure alignment with organisational strategy and compliance frameworks. What Sets You Apart You’ll bring a practical, solutions focused mindset, with the confidence to operate in a dynamic and evolving technology space. You will have: Experience delivering high value or high visibility projects in utilities, energy, engineering or technology environments. Strong understanding of OT/IT systems, industrial control systems, cybersecurity considerations and technology governance. Proven ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders - engineering, operations, IT, industry groups and national utilities. Solid contract management, procurement and commercial negotiation experience. An OT background with experience in power systems, or the ability to “speak the language” of electrical networks - electrical trade or field experience highly regarded.
