THE BUSINESS & ROLE: Optimum Health & Performance is a rapidly growing physiotherapy-led multidisciplinary clinic on the Central Coast. Our team includes musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapists, general practice physiotherapists, exercise scientists, an exercise physiologist, remedial massage therapists, and clinical Pilates instructors. We have built strong relationships within the medical profession and local community, providing a consistent stream of patient referrals. We are passionate about supporting our community, working with local sporting clubs, and delivering exceptional patient care in a modern, high-performance environment. Due to increased demand and continued growth, we are always looking for another outstanding Physiotherapist to join our team. Your role will include, but is not limited to: Assessing, diagnosing, and treating a diverse private practice caseload Providing exceptional evidence-based musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy care Developing and progressing individualised rehabilitation programs Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team What you can expect: Fortnightly 1:1 mentoring and goal-setting sessions Fortnightly small-group professional development sessions Access to online learning tools and platforms. Job Requirements – Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in private practice Bachelor, Masters in Physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal or Sports preferred) or Doctor of Physiotherapy.
