About the role We are seeking an experienced Automotive Workshop Manager to join our team at Ultra Tune Tuggeranong ACT. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our automotive workshop, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of high-quality services to our customers. What you'll be doing Managing and coordinating the work of the workshop technicians to ensure all vehicles are serviced and repaired in a timely and professional manner Overseeing the maintenance of workshop equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working order Monitoring and maintaining workshop safety and compliance standards Communicating with customers to understand their needs and provide transparent information about the work required Preparing and analysing workshop reports to identify areas for improvement Assisting with the recruitment, training, and development of workshop staff Ensuring the workshop operates within budget and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability What we're looking for Proven experience as an Automotive Workshop Manager or in a similar leadership role within the automotive industry Technical knowledge of automotive systems Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency in using workshop management software and other relevant technologies A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality services What we offer At Ultra Tune Tuggeranong, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
