The successful applicant will become an integral part of the broader team and will have at least four years’ experience in a similar position. Position Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of clients, overseeing bookkeeping, payroll processing, and related servicesPrepare and lodge BAS and other statutory returns, ensuring accuracy and compliancePrepare and lodge payroll for a variety of clients, along with monthly and annual payroll tax returns, ensuring compliance with statutory obligationsPrepare end-of-year Single Touch Payroll lodgements for clientsComplete bookkeeping duties including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and data processingGenerate monthly and quarterly client reports using accounting softwareWork in tandem with Client Directors, Senior Managers and Partners and the broader team on projects to drive success for KellyPartnersPartake in company events, training sessions as well as team meetings About You Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar roleExperience in a chartered accountancy firm, preferredPossess a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping/AccountingProven working experience with accounting software, specifically; Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks and ReckonExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailCommitted to providing exceptional service to our clientsProactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic
