About the Role We’re seeking motivated 2nd Class Welders / Fabrication Trades Assistants to join our Carlisle workshop. This is a hands-on role supporting our fabrication team with the production and assembly of high-quality, custom-designed equipment. Your work will include: Assisting with light fabrication and welding tasks. Supporting the assembly of components and products . Working alongside qualified tradespeople, learning and developing fabrication skills. Maintaining safe, clean, and efficient workshop practices . This role is ideal for candidates who have some experience or training in fabrication/welding and want to build their skills further in a supportive and innovative environment. What You’ll Need Australian citizen or permanent resident with full work rights. Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening. Current driver’s licence.
