About the Role We’re seeking motivated 2nd Class Welders / Fabrication Trades Assistants to join our Carlisle workshop. This is a hands-on role supporting our fabrication team with the production and assembly of high-quality, custom-designed equipment. Your work will include: Assisting with light fabrication and welding tasks. Supporting the assembly of components and products . Working alongside qualified tradespeople, learning and developing fabrication skills. Maintaining safe, clean, and efficient workshop practices . This role is ideal for candidates who have some experience or training in fabrication/welding and want to build their skills further in a supportive and innovative environment. What You’ll Need Australian citizen or permanent resident with full work rights. Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening. Current driver’s licence. Basic understanding of fabrication and light welding processes . Previous experience in fabrication, welding, or assembly (desirable but not essential).
