Early Childhood Teacher | Durack Heights About the Role As an Early Childhood Teacher at Journey Early Learning Durack Heights, you’ll lead intentional, play‑based programs that place children at the centre of everything we do. This is a permanent part time opportunity across Monday to Friday working 37.5 hours per week. ✅ Key Responsibilities Design and deliver intentional learning programs aligned with the EYLF Use observation and reflection to support children’s development Mentor and support educators to strengthen practice Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues Maintain high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing About You ACECQA‑approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification Over 1 year experience in an ECT role Passionate about pedagogy, child development, and reflective practice Confident leading curriculum and collaborating with educators Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid Certificates Growth & Development at Journey Journey offers more than pathways — we embed growth into everyday practice.
