Community Support Worker – Lithgow Area We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Community Support Worker to join our team in the Lithgow area. This role involves supervising contact visits as well as,supporting young people with disabilities in the community. The successful applicant will be confident, calm, and professional, with a strong understanding of boundaries, safety, and child-focused practice. Key Responsibilities: Supervising family and community contact visits in line with organisational policies. Supporting young people with disabilities to engage safely and positively in the community. Providing consistent, respectful, and person-centred support. Completing required documentation and reports accurately and on time. Essential Criteria: Saturday availability is a must. Experience working in the community services sector. Proven experience supervising contact visits. Experience supporting young people with disabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain professional and neutral during contact visits. Relevant qualifications in Community Services, Disability, Youth Work, or similar. Current First Aid and CPR NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
